 - the old Marvell hardware is a bit of mess in case of hardware failure, no
   hardware switch
 - DSA would like to get rid of that machines
 - there are some promising arm64 based 19" boxes available

 building armhf on arm64 hardware:
 - alignment
 - #define mixups
 - haskell mis-targeted
 - rebuilds to find any more
 
- use reproducible builds to systematically detect arm64 vs. armhf issues
 
- armel shares almost the same status as armhf, and probably can use the same
  way to build armel/armhf on arm64
